About the role

We are looking for an experienced Land and Property Information Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the council's land and property information systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. You will work closely with various teams within the council to provide accurate and up-to-date information to support decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include:- Manage and maintain the council's land and property information systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective management of land and property information- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and update land and property data- Provide training and support to staff on the use of land and property information systems- Analyze and interpret land and property data to generate reports and insights that inform decision-making- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation and regulations, and ensure the council's practices are compliant- Contribute to the continuous improvement of land and property information management processes and systems.
