Your Role And Responsibilities

The role is for a pre-sales who has experience in Qradar to support our business mainly in India, with occasional coverage for JAPAC.

We have a large install base across JAPAC, with new logo’s and expansion on Qradar. It is an exciting time to join as are very active in modernising the security operations for our customers from on-prem to cloud based offerings through our partnership with Palo Alto Networks.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become central to supporting our Threat Mgt Portfolio customers and business Partners from a technical point of view throughout ISA/JAPAC. The team is looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of a small but focused team. This position provides a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to widen their technical and business skill set while contributing to supporting a very mature business.

Key Responsibilities

The tech seller will be charged with helping clients with their technical issue connected to their Threat Mgt Portfolio solutions and entitlements. The position requires the need to maintain a client relationships and act as a source of guidance to the customer's and business partner's product technical needs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Five or more years’ experience in customer technical support including working with clients and providing security solutions insight
  • Good Technical understanding to support issues on all the following solutions
    • QRadar SOAR + Add-on + App Store
    • QRadar SIEM + Add-on + App Store ( DSM , APIs , UBA)
    • QRadar Suites + UAX
    • Qradar Appliances ( xx05,29,48, 1900)
    • Hosting and Connectors
  • The ability to search , locate and apply technical solutions found in IBM's online knowledge centers as needed
  • Prior experience communicating with customers and business partners in an effective and clear manner
  • Understanding and prioritizing technical requests as they come in
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English + other European languages
  • Solid organizational skills, especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on detail
  • Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently and within a group environment
  • Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Additional Automation Platform Products: Exposure to other Automation Platform products such as Spectrum High Performance Computing, WebSphere Application Server, and API Connect is beneficial for designing and delivering comprehensive solution architectures.
  • Advanced Solution Architecture: Experience with designing and delivering complex solution architectures involving multiple Automation Platform products is advantageous for meeting diverse client requirements.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific applications and use cases for Automation Platform products can enhance the ability to provide tailored technical guidance and support to clients and sellers.
