Requirements

 Foundational understanding of Threat and Vulnerability Management tools and

processes.

 Basic knowledge of patch management processes and security compliance

requirements.

 Exposure to Security Operations Center (SOC) environments and monitoring tools.

 Basic experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and

practices.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

 Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.

 Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn emerging telecom trends and

related threat vectors.

 Capable of working under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibility

 Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM): Assist with scanning, identifying,

analyzing, and reporting vulnerabilities to ensure proactive cyber risk mitigation.

 Patch & Remediation Support: Collaborate with IT teams by recommending and

monitoring security patch deployments.

 SOC Monitoring: Support Security Operations Centre activities by monitoring

alerts, identifying incidents, and escalating as appropriate.

 Incident Handling: Provide input in response to security incidents, contributing

detailed information for analysis and resolution.

 Identity & Access Management (IAM): Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes

and access rights reviews to maintain secure IT environments.

 Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vulnerabilities, system

patching activities, and SOC incident logs.

 Collaboration & Learning: Work with senior cyber security specialists to improve

detection processes and broaden security knowledge.
