Senior Consultant ( Java/ NodeJS + Temporal)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Node.js/ Java Developer with experience in Temporal.io (BPM/Workflow tool) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services and workflows using Node.js and Temporal. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, resilient systems that automate business processes and handle high-throughput operations. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop backend services and APIs using Node.js/ Java Build and manage workflow orchestrations using Temporal.io. Implement scalable and fault-tolerant microservices. Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software. Optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews. Monitor and debug live systems using logging and observability tools. Document architectural decisions and workflow processes
