About the role
In this opportunity as Varicent Developer you will:
· Support the Varicent application and its dependent systems.
· Provide detailed root cause analysis on system defects/bugs and suggest potential solutions along with change and risk assessments.
· Develop, maintain, and optimize Varicent calculations, reports, and other tools within the application.
· Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights as directed.
· Assist with data load processes.
· Create and maintain technical documentation for logic flows, user interfaces, data stores, workflows, etc.
· Document key decisions made, dependencies, potential issues, and critical tasks related to assigned projects.
· Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues.
· Implement security measures to protect sensitive data as needed.
· Collaborate with data architects, delivery, data project teams & business during the design and implementation.
· Effectively document and communicate proposed designs in non-technical terms to key stakeholders.
