About the Role In this opportunity as an Innovation Team Prompt Engineer, you will: Develop and prototype AI-driven legal tools by designing prompt chains and writing Python code to address real-world legal challenges. Collaborate with customers—including lawyers, judges, and government agencies—to deeply understand their needs and translate problems into innovative solutions. Experiment with and deploy frontier AI models, often working with early-access technologies from leading AI labs. Balance legal workflows with technical creativity to build products that streamline and enhance legal work. Work in a fast-paced, highly experimental environment, iterating rapidly to test new ideas and push the boundaries of legal tech. Engage in cross-functional teamwork with engineers, designers, and legal experts to refine and scale prototypes into impactful products.
