Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager with extensive expertise in executing large-scale EPC projects in Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) for Municipal Authorities. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage execution of large-value EPC Water Treatment / STP projects.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with Municipal Authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures to meet timelines.
Manage site operations including civil, mechanical, and electrical activities.
Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering standards.
Handle client meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Lead and mentor project teams for efficient performance.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech).
15+ years of experience in execution of large-scale EPC projects.
Strong experience in Water Treatment Plants (WTP) / Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
Proven track record of handling Municipal Authority projects.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites if required.
