About the role

Step into the heart of our organization and become the driving force behind one of our most critical functions: payroll! As a Payroll Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every team member is paid accurately and on time, fueling the success and satisfaction of our entire workforce. This full-time, on-site position places you at the center of our HR operations, where you’ll leverage your expertise and Paycom proficiency to make a real impact.


What You’ll Do:

  • Process, review, and approve payroll for all employees, ensuring every detail is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with HR to gather, verify, and reconcile payroll data, swiftly resolving discrepancies and maintaining meticulous records.
  • Master Paycom software to handle every aspect of payroll—from data entry and updates to complex reporting and analytics.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for employee questions about payroll, deductions, and timekeeping, delivering prompt and friendly support.
  • Assist with a variety of HR projects, including audits, benefits administration, compliance initiatives, and more.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll and employee information.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing, with hands-on knowledge of Paycom.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for catching and correcting errors quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills—you thrive under deadlines and can juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to partner effectively with HR and other departments.
  • Discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) as well as Google Docs, Sheets and other applications

Additional Details:

  • Full-time, on-site role.
  • Opportunities for cross-training and professional development within the HR department.
  • You’ll be responsible for aligning payroll schedules with our weekly and biweekly pay cycle and understanding the nuances of pay date changes for exempt salary employees.
  • Salary Range $60-$70K per year
