Job Title: Third-Party Risk Management Analyst
Location: Mumbai (Work From Office)
Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (EMEA Shift)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all third-party suppliers are logged, assessed, and updated in risk management platforms
- Support vendor pre-selection, onboarding, and lifecycle management processes
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for third-party risk within the division
- Track issues, manage remediation efforts, and ensure compliance with firm policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and improve risk management tools, procedures, and documentation
- Coordinate with due diligence and control teams to ensure risk assessments are completed
- Assist in implementing third-party risk strategies and governance frameworks
- Provide training to service owners and support change management processes
- Develop reports and dashboards to track third-party risk status and onboarding progress
- Assist in managing third-party related incidents and escalations
- Partner with internal teams to resolve risks, conflicts, and dependencies
Key Skills & Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Risk Management, Data Governance, or Business Analysis within financial services
- Strong understanding of data flows, data lineage, controls, and data quality frameworks
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is preferred
- Experience in third-party/vendor risk management is an added advantage
- Good judgment in identifying and escalating risks/issues
