Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Third Party and PCD Manager in the pharmaceutical sector. The manager will be responsible for overseeing third-party manufacturing collaborations, developing and managing PCD (Propaganda-Cum-Distribution) models, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Other responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and creating strategies for business development and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, third-party processes, and PCD models
- Experience in vendor management, including vendor identification, engagement, and maintaining long-term relationships
- Proficiency in business development strategies, sales management, and market analysis
- Knowledge of quality assurance protocols and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous
- Familiarity with mental health and neuropsychiatric product lines is preferred
