Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and innovative curriculum developers to join our team as Summer Math Curriculum Developers. This role is instrumental in developing engaging and impactful math content aligned with the US Common Core standards in grades 3-12, aimed at revolutionizing the way students engage with math education.


Contract Duration: June-August 2025, up to 40 hours per week

Compensation: 80,000 - 100,000 INR per month.


Responsibilities:

·     Create high-quality practice questions aligned with U.S. Common Core standards to rapidly grow our content library while maintaining accuracy and clarity.

·     Revise and refine math problems based on feedback from the team lead, contributing to the design of educational tools used in classrooms across the country.

·     Review and improve question quality, ensuring all problems are student-friendly, platform-compatible, and pedagogically effective

·     Utilize our proprietary content management system to develop and manage a question bank for new courses.


Requirements:

·     At least two years of curriculum development experience

·     Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding time management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

·     Excellent written communication skills, with strong command of English grammar and clarity

·     Demonstrated ability to design math problems that adhere to state educational standards.

·     Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to support and accelerate content development

·     Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset

·     A genuine passion for math education and a vision for making an impact, focusing on equity and affordable tutoring initiatives.

·     Devotion to both mathematics and language, evidenced by meticulous writing.


Nice to Have:

·     Experience creating instructional visuals or graphics to support student learning

·     Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools such as Notion

·     Experience using education technology tools in the classroom.

·     Math tutoring experience.
