About the role
Think Design Collaborative is seeking a seasoned UX Design Head to join its Studio. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with principal stakeholders and decision-makers to understand business goals, user behavior, and create design roadmaps and strategies.
Main Responsibilities
Decode complex business goals, product, and technical content to create engaging and effective experiences for clients
Conduct design workshops with leadership teams from clients and collect and analyze business requirements
Create design briefs and proposals, convert sales inquiries into projects, and deliver exceptional results
Manage profitability of projects and teams, lead teams to on-time and quality delivery, and raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management
Guide team members, facilitate their learning, and stay up-to-date with the latest achievements, best practices, and trends in design
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of core UX Design experience
Thought leader in strategic UX Design
Confident and excellent communication skills
Intrapreneurial nature and leadership and management skills
Rooted in Bangalore for the long term
