Youtube Growth Analyst

We're on the lookout for a strategic and creative leader to drive our YouTube content repurposing strategies for animated content. If you're passionate about maximizing impact through smart content reuse, localization, and team leadership—this role is for you! Job responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube content repurposing strategy for animation content, including both English reuse and localized channels. Ensure alignment of repurposing strategy with overall business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Drive the growth of the repurposing content portfolio. Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize performance. Design and execute experiments on repurposed channels to validate new formats, distribution tactics, or audience segments. Effectively communicate learnings, insights, and best practices across departments to improve company-wide content performance. Lead and manage a team of Lead Development Managers, providing clear direction, support, and performance feedback.
