About the role

Be customer-focused, working in conjunction with other Unity Lab Services (ULS) teams and Sales. Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repair work and minimize customer downtime. Provide technical expertise and support for service, repair, installation, and maintenance of instruments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, applications, and services to serve as a subject matter expert. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, equipment, and customer satisfaction. Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. Document all work in the customer service management system. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient, professional, and courteous service. Provide training to customers and internal teams as needed.
