Description
We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Product Owner to lead AI/ML and automation initiatives, driving business value through intelligent solutions. This role will focus on identifying high-impact use cases, defining product strategy, and delivering scalable AI and automation solutions aligned with business objectives.
Experience Required
- 10+ years of overall professional experience
- 5+ years of experience as an AI & Automation Product Owner or similar role
- 1+ years of experience in AI/ML implementations
- 1+ years of experience in automation implementations
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases
- Lead requirement discussions independently and translate business needs into actionable product requirements
- Develop and present project proposals, business cases, and value realization (ROI) to stakeholders and executives
- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and automation solutions from ideation to deployment
- Manage product backlog, user stories, and prioritization using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Lead sprint planning, execution, and delivery with cross-functional teams
- Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality AI and automation solutions
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation across business functions
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and business impact
- Act as a bridge between business, data/AI teams, and engineering teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AI/ML and automation domains
- Excellent knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on backlog management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to articulate business value and ROI of AI/automation initiatives
- Hands-on experience with:
- SQL
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Good to have domain knowledge in LIMS, Manufacturing/Operations, and Quality domain AI use cases
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of data platform engineering (Databricks Lakehouse, cloud storage such as S3, and data pipelines)
- Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Power Automate
- Exposure to IoT and digital twin technologies
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or R
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PO/PM, CSPO, SAFe) are a plus
- Domain certifications relevant to business functions
- Knowledge of GxP processes and regulated environments

Education
