TEi is in search of a motivated, dynamic, and visionary leader to manage the company’s Quality function. The Director of Quality will be accountable for ensuring that all company operations adhere to the Quality Control Manual, customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and all relevant standards. This position will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the company's quality systems and processes.
Additionally, the Director of Quality will be responsible for leading the upkeep and advancement of TEi’s certifications—including, but not limited to, ISO 9001:2015, ASME Section III, and ASME Section VIII—through the establishment and management of the necessary processes and procedures to maintain compliance with these standards. This role is highly visible and strategic, collaborating closely with TEi’s executive leadership team, including the COO, CFO, and CEO, to promote and ensure quality excellence throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide strategic leadership for the Company’s Quality function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
· Develop and monitor quality performance metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
· Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to ensure clear understanding and fulfillment of quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
· Support manufacturing operations by ensuring compliance with appropriate inspection, testing, and documentation procedures.
· Act as the primary liaison for quality-related matters with customers, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies.
· Prepare and present updates on quality performance, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team, including the COO, CFO, and CEO.
· Review project proposals, cost estimates, and project quality plans.
· Participate in Business Process Improvement (BPI) Corporate Quality initiatives as required.
