What You Will Be Working On

You’ll Collaborate Closely With Internal Teams And External Stakeholders, Using Your Marketing Expertise To Create Momentum, Drive Referrals, And Deliver Real-world Results. In This Role You Will:

  • Lead the digital strategy to launch and grow a new brand
  • Manage external SEO and SEM agencies—ensuring strategies align with our mission and reach the right audiences with the right message
  • Build a high-converting website with strong UX and SEO foundations
  • Create and manage engaging content across social media, email, and blog platforms
  • Own email marketing campaigns, from audience segmentation to analytics
  • Use data to drive decisions—reporting on performance, uncovering insights, and identifying opportunities
  • Attract and engage new clients by leveraging digital channels to build awareness, trust, and relationships with target audiences
  • Develop content calendars and digital assets aligned to brand and marketing goals
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all digital touchpoints

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

You’re Both Strategic And Hands-on, And Your Mix Of Creativity, Curiosity, And Data-savviness Makes You a Natural Fit For This Pivotal Role. You’ll Be Great In This Role If You Have:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with campaign ownership
  • Strong across SEO, SEM, and multi-channel strategy
  • Experience in healthcare, education, NFP, or people-centric services will be highly regarded
  • Confident with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot
  • Strong communicator and compelling copywriter
  • A self-starter who thrives on purpose and momentum
