Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wellness Therapist based in Sonipat. The Wellness Therapist will deliver a variety of therapies, including massage therapy, holistic treatments, and wellness consultations, tailored to clients' needs. Responsibilities include conducting wellness assessments, providing personalized therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate client records. Additionally, collaboration with other health professionals to create comprehensive wellness programs will be required.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Massage Therapy, Body Treatments, and Relaxation Techniques
- Knowledge of Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and Holistic Healing Practices
- Ability to conduct Wellness Consultations and develop personalized wellness plans
- Strong client communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- A certification or diploma in a related field such as Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, or Spa & Wellness
- Commitment to the highest standards of hygiene and professional ethics
- Prior experience in providing wellness therapies is preferred
- Willingness to work in an on-site, client-focused setting at our Sonipat facility
- Relevant certification / Diploma in Ayurveda or Naturopathy or Western Therapies
- 1-3 years of experience
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Ayurveda or Naturopathy or Western therapies
Ability to handle and communicate with patients effectively
Good teamwork and professional attitude
Understanding of SOP-based treatment delivery
