We are building an integrated, evidence-based ecosystem that moves beyond symptom-led care into root-cause driven intervention, with a strong emphasis on behavioural science, habit change, and functional recovery. Our approach combines structured psychotherapy with medical care, ensuring that men receive practical, stigma-free, and outcome-oriented support.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Therapist (Psychologist) working in men’s mental health.
The Therapist will deliver structured, goal-oriented psychotherapy across sexual health concerns, sleep-related issues, and emotional health challenges. You will work closely with psychiatrists and physicians as part of an integrated care model, ensuring that therapy is aligned with clinical goals and measurable outcomes.
This role requires the ability to move beyond open-ended conversations into focused, intervention-driven therapythat improves functioning, not just insight.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured psychological assessments and case formulations
- Deliver therapy for concerns including performance anxiety, relationship issues, stress, emotional dysregulation, and sleep-related behavioural patterns
- Support patients with psychosexual concerns through evidence-based, culturally sensitive approaches
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists to align therapy with medication plans where required
- Maintain clear session documentation, treatment goals, and progress tracking
- Follow standardised therapy protocols and contribute to their refinement
- Provide practical, behaviour-focused strategies that patients can implement in real life
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (mandatory)
- Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling / Applied Psychology mandatory)
- Strong foundational training in psychotherapy and psychological assessment
- Ability to work within structured treatment frameworks, not just exploratory therapy
- Clear, grounded, and non-judgmental communication skills
Preferred Experience- Experience in sexual health, relationship counselling, or men’s mental health
- Familiarity with CBT, behavioural interventions, and structured therapy models
- Exposure to working in multidisciplinary teams alongside psychiatrists
- Prioritise documentation, protocols, and outcome tracking
