Senior UX Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and user-centered designs. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft outstanding user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design process from research to implementation.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Design intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX guidelines.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve design solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team performance.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 4-7 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Research: Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.

Knowledge: Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and interaction design principles.
