Frontend / UI - Web

Requirements

● Minimum of 8+ years of Front-End development experience, with a primary focus on Typescript/ReactJS. 

● Proven experience in architecting and implementing end-to-end front-end solutions. 

● Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a team of front-end engineers. 

● Collaborate effectively with product, backend engineering, and design teams to align on project goals.

 ● Play a key role in the recruitment and onboarding of new front-end engineers.

 ● Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders on technical deliverables and challenges.

 ● Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (e. g., React, Angular, Vue) and state management libraries (Zustand, Redux). 

● Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities presented by B2B SaaS, including scalability, multi-tenancy, and integration with various enterprise systems. 

● Proven ability to navigate complex business requirements and deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 ● Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. 

● Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques. 

● Experience with front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines
