About the role

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of attaining quarterly quotas
  •  Successful experience selling enterprise-level SaaS deals to C-suite executives in multistakeholder transactions spanning technical and business buyers
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into the US market from India
  •  Strong consultative and value selling skills, with the ability to provide insights on digital transformation and articulate long-term approaches to modernize customer support and success operations
  •  Domain knowledge in B2B SaaS, preferably with experience in customer support, customer success, or related technologies

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly sales quotas by acquiring and expanding strategic target accounts in the US market
  •  Generate 3x-4x pipeline through a combination of inbound lead management and outbound prospecting campaigns
  •  Conduct high-value discovery and demo calls, multi-threading into enterprise organizations to help our largest customers realize value
