Responsibilities
- Assist users with ThemeGrill themes, plugins, and other products via Email, Chat, Support Tickets, and Forums.
- Troubleshoot and explain technical issues in a clear and friendly manner.
- Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with developers to improve our products.
- Test and evaluate new themes, plugins, and features.
- Participate in additional tasks as needed to ensure a seamless support experience.
Qualifications
- Patience, empathy, and a good sense of humor – we value a positive approach to support!
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, themes, and plugins (including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP).
- Excellent written English with proper grammar and clarity.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in testing and evaluating WordPress themes and plugins.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Prior WordPress support experience (include your WordPress.org profile in your CV!).
- Clear speaking communication skills for handling support via calls.
- Familiarity with HelpDesk, Jira, and Crisp.
- Proficiency in writing clear and user-friendly documentation.
- Experience with customization and WordPress development (hooks, filters, plugin API, etc.).
- Knowledge of SMTP, hosting servers, cache, and minify plugins to optimize site performance.
