Serve as a planogram subject-matter expert, supporting operators and field teams with best-practice recommendations.

Provide operational and customer support during client escalations or “client-in-crisis” situations to aid retention and resolution.

Support and reinforce field team accountability by tracking follow-ups, action plans, and performance outcomes.

Travel as needed to support clients on-site, assist with operational recovery, or reinforce best practices.

Document client and operator activity, progress, and outcomes using VendTrak or comparable operational systems.

Maintain clear, accurate records to support reporting, trend analysis, and leadership visibility.
