This role is essential to the success of our personal injury team, ensuring that client funds are handled with care, medical balances are resolved efficiently, and every detail is executed with precision. What does it look like..
- Review and verify medical billing ledgers and outstanding balances
- Negotiate reductions on medical balances with providers and insurance companies
- Prepare and process disbursement of client funds
- Accurately record, track, and reconcile all payments
- Manage and update lien information and our internal medical bill database
- Distribute settlement documents to relevant parties
- Issue and mail checks to clients, providers, and third parties
Requirements

- Excellent with numbers and sharp under pressure
- Skilled communicator who builds rapport over the phone with ease

- Great team player with a collaborative mindset
- Prior experience in a personal injury law firm is a major plus
- Knowledge of auto insurance coverage, medical billing, Medicare/Medicaid, or lien resolution is highly valued

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay: $52k - $62k
