Role: Senior Key Account Manager, Quick CommerceReporting To: Head, MarketplacesExperience:5+years working on E-commerce (1-2 years exposure in Q-Comm) for a CPG/Startup company, preferably in the Packaged Food Industry and in Quick CommerceLocation: Mumbai.CTC: 16-18 lacs (Depending on the experience, open to discuss)Remote Work: This is not a remote work role. About the job:Below are the listed responsibilities of this role:Execute discoverability through on- and off-platform performance marketing campaigns and on-platform visibility routes. Plan contextual campaigns and hack growth for the brand across all operating categories.Ensure high on-platform availability and fill rate by monitoring channel expansion vis-à-vis internal capacity and making an accurate demand planManage the overall P&L, profitability, and receivables of your account(s)Benchmark to competition performance across marketplaces – conduct frequent gap analyses and fill all performance/visibility gaps.Manage your overall account relationship and the growth of your account through interactions and issue resolution with stakeholders at the marketplace.

Skills: Ability to learn quickly, Logic & Analytical skillBasic P&L Management skillsPerformance marketing killsGreat communication skills in Hindi and EnglishHigh level of comfort with MS Office – making summaries and presentations using Office toolsAdvance data analysis using Excel and visualization dashboardsGood understanding of basic Business P&L and first-principles thinkingPast experience having worked at a start-up and/or Ecommerce/Q-Comm team of a Food CPG Start-up or Established Company
