TenTen’s menu highlights craveable, shareable dishes, from the freshest sashimi and sushi to flavor-forward robata, Japanese-style wood fired grill, cooked meats and vegetables. The bar offers a full sake selection, cocktails inspired by Japanese flavors and a curated wine, spirit and beer list.
Housed on the first floor of the refurbished Miller Blueprint building, TenTen is a high-energy urban design with stone and wood fixtures, cozy booths and intimate lighting resulting in a welcoming, vibrant and fresh ambiance.

What to Expect

- Engage with guests and be able to recommend cocktails and suggest alternatives
- Take food and beverage orders, paying close attention to special requests and dietary restrictions
- Serve food, wine, cocktails, and beverages
- Oversees all aspects of table service, to include table side service
- Inputs all orders into the POS system accurately
- Clear and reset tables
- Demonstrate an understanding of our steps of service
- Engage in communication and active listening to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
- Perform opening and closing side work
- Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish service item par levels, inventory and supplies
- Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

You Should Have
- Prefer one (1) or more years of serving experience in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
- A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification are required and must be obtained before entering this position
- Must have an outgoing personality and hospitality-driven attitude
- Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
- Must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic, and able to multitask
Requirements
PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight hours.
- Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
- Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb, and carry objects as necessary.
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing high noise levels, bright lights, and dust, and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.
- Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
