The Corporate Technology group is part of the Products organization, responsible for delivering and supporting the technology that powers TWDC's corporate functions, enterprise workflows, brand reputation, and service management platforms. Our scope spans the entire product lifecycle — from setting strategy and roadmaps to overseeing project delivery, engineering, and ongoing support. Through these efforts, we drive digital transformation across our business, workforce, and technology communities. We partner with brands and teams in every business of The Walt Disney Company —Disney Entertainment, ESPN, and Disney Experiences — to ensure a cohesive and connected technology experience across the company. The Software Engineer is responsible for developing high-quality software solutions that support business needs and align with enterprise technology standards. This role offers a balance of technical challenge, learning opportunity, and collaborative problem-solving, with support from more senior engineers and technical leads. Working as part of a cross-functional product team, the Software Engineer participates in the full software development lifecycle—helping to design, code, test, and deploy solutions that integrate with broader enterprise systems. They contribute to technical design discussions, write clear and maintainable code, and support the ongoing operation and performance of assigned systems.
