React full stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern frontend libraries, state management, and backend technologies including .NET Core (latest version), strong SQL knowledge, and best backend practices like optimization and load balancing. The candidate must have 4-5+ years of professional experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components. Optimize backend performance, ensure efficient database querying, and implement best practices for load balancing. Ensure responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and optimal performance of web interfaces. Participate in code reviews, and architecture discussions, and propose innovative solutions to improve the system. Implement best practices in security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software systems as needed. Frontend Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (TypeScript). Frontend Libraries: Strong experience with React, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, Tanstack Query, and Tanstack Table. State Management: Experience with Zustand or Redux for efficient state management. Familiarity with Git and other version control systems. Backend Skills: Proficiency in .NET Core (latest version) for backend development. Strong experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Expertise in query optimization, database architecture, and data modeling. Knowledge of best practices for backend optimization, including load balancing and scaling. Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integrating third-party tools. Qualifications: 4-5+ years of experience in full-stack development. Proven experience in building and optimizing web applications on both the front end and back end. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Experience with testing, unit testing, and validation in software development. Additional Responsibilities: System Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate backend systems with front-end applications. Customization & Configuration: Customize workflows, reports, and interfaces to fit business requirements. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot, and handle system updates and bug fixes. Security & Compliance: Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 17025). LIMS Knowledge (Preferable): Understanding of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) workflows, integrations, and configurations to support laboratory data management and automation.
