About the role
· Conduct strategically the operational teams include Medical Underwriting, Policy Processing, and Pricing of A&H.
· Conduct Premiums Rating and Pricing Strategy for A&H, portfolio vision and communicate pricing strategy, structure, policies and processes to organization.
· Suggest and innovate the Products development and initiatives
· Evaluate possible risk and decide how the Company could accept individuals or organizations with the appropriate terms and conditions.
· Ensure that all underwriting activities are met and complied with OIC and regulators
· Design and manage the policy processing platform or model to ensure the team delivers the excellent SLA to customers and partners
· Ensure of excellent services rendered to the customers
· Provide necessary project support in the form of guidance to project managers of an organization to improve the work processes and services
· Create and maintain the relationship with internal and external customers
· Manage the team productivity and report to the Top Management.
