Position: Maintenance Assistant-Entry Level
Schedule: Varies: Front desk is open Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm, May 18, 2026-August 10, 2026
Purpose or role of the position: Assist the ITS staff with various tasks relating to IT support for students, faculty, and staff on campus, including office tasks, classrooms, and office support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service at Front counter
- Answer telephones
- Assist with Network Logins
- Assist with WIFI questions and issues
- Equipment checkout
- Check and fill computer lab printers
- Event setup
- Classroom and computer lab upkeep
- Other tasks as assigned
Required Credentials: Customer service experience preferred; Microsoft Office experience; positive attitude.
