Kroslo is hiring a Brand & Marketing Manager who combines brand thinking, content ideas and a strong design sense with a structured approach to marketing.

What you'll do:
- Develop clear brand and marketing approaches for a premium cookware brand.
- Turn consumer insights, market understanding and relevant trends into campaign and content ideas.
- Shape brand storytelling and guide the visual direction of marketing content.
- Work with customer support insights to address real customer needs in marketing.
- Bring structure to campaign planning and execution.
What we're looking for:
- Strong brand and marketing thinking, backed by examples of your work.
- A structured approach to solving marketing problems and turning ideas into action.
- Awareness of pop culture, consumer behaviour and current trends.
- A strong design sense and the ability to judge content and creative work.
- Clear communication and ownership.
Good to have:
- Experience with D2C, premium consumer, home, kitchen or lifestyle brands.
- A portfolio showing brand, campaign or content strategy work.
