About the role
360 Technology is opening its own AI labs, based out of Bengaluru. The labs work with large enterprises - finance firms, banking firms, HR firms, tech firms and other large companies. The team spends about a month inside each organisation to understand its problem statements and identify where operational efficiency can be improved, then implements AI agents, AI workflows and AI tools to optimise operations, drive cost optimisation and support team restructuring.
We are hiring a Chief Sales Officer to build and lead sales for this business.
What we're looking for
- You have previously sold tech services to large corporates such as banks, finance firms, big conglomerates and MNCs; or
- You have sold software with average deal sizes of $100,000-$150,000 or more to similar enterprise customers.
Compensation: Rs 15-40 LPA
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
