WHAT WE DO
FlytBase is the global category leader in Physical AI for Large sites. FlytBase’s drone autonomy platform powers mission-critical operations across 400+ enterprise sites in 70+ countries. Our customers include Fortune 500 leaders such as Shell, CSX, UK Police, Airbus, Anglo American, Dole, and Statnett. FlytBase has its presence in 70+ countries with offices in the US and Pune, India. FlytBase is building the nervous system for large industrial sites.
We operate at AI speed - autonomy and intelligence at our core. Our lean team thrives in a high-agency, high-velocity environment where AI is not a side project; it is the operating system for how we think, build, and grow.
THE ROLE
You are the gateway to FlytBase's pipeline. Every inbound lead - from website forms, events, partner referrals, or marketing campaigns - lands with you first. Your job is to qualify fast, route correctly, and ensure that only sales-ready opportunities reach the AE, while keeping every other lead warm until they are. You'll be making judgment calls on real prospects - energy companies, mining firms, infrastructure operators - who are exploring autonomous site intelligence for the first time. You'll research their accounts, send the right material, ask the right questions, and determine whether a lead is ready for an AE, needs nurturing, or belongs with a regional partner.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Inbound qualification & segmentation: Evaluate every inbound lead for fit, urgency, and readiness - decide what's real and what's noise, and triage accordingly (AE, nurture, or partner hand-off).
• First contact execution: Respond to qualified inbounds within SLA with personalised, researched outreach - not templates.
• Account research: Use AI tools to build deep context on each account - company size, budget signals, likely decision-makers, strategic priorities.
• Lead nurturing: For leads not yet ready, develop and execute nurturing sequences that keep FlytBase top of mind and move them forward.
• Partner routing: Identify leads better served by regional partners and hand them off with full context.
• CRM hygiene: Maintain clean, accurate records of all lead interactions, status, and next steps in the CRM.
• AE collaboration: When leads are ready, deliver structured hand-offs with buyer context, timeline, budget signals, and decision-process intel.
• Feedback loop: Share insights on objections, questions, and messaging performance back to marketing and product teams.
BEST SUITED FOR
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years in inside sales, customer-facing, or research roles.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication - you can hold a professional conversation with a Fortune 2000 executive.
• Strong business acumen - you understand what matters to enterprise buyers and can ask intelligent qualifying questions.
• AI-native mindset - already using AI for research, writing, and workflow automation as a daily habit.
• Track record of leadership, initiative, or achievement: led teams in college, won competitions, ran projects independently.
• Organised, detail-oriented, CRM-disciplined - you close the loop on every lead.
• Coachable and improvement-oriented - you take feedback and iterate quickly.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FLYTER
• Quality over speed: You'd rather send one highly researched, personalised response than ten generic emails
• Ownership mindset: A lead is your responsibility from first contact until it's correctly routed - you don't drop balls
• AI as an operating system: You use AI to scale research and personalisation, not to replace thinking
• Genuine curiosity: You're interested in how Fortune 500 companies think about autonomous site operations - not just processing a queue
• Growth orientation: You see this as the foundation for a career in enterprise sales, not just a job
WHAT WE DON'T WANT
• Template-senders who optimise for response volume over quality
• Candidates who can't hold a technical conversation or go blank when a prospect asks how the platform works
• People who treat AI as a novelty - you should already be using it, not learning it here
• 'Pass it to the AE' mentality - you own your leads until they're genuinely ready
WHY FLYTBASE?
• H3 Philosophy: We're building a company that's Happy, Healthy, AND High-Performing - not as a balance, as a harmony. We move fast without burning out.
• Radical Ownership: You won't need permission to experiment, build, or lead. If you see a problem, you own the solution.
• Mazaa Aayega: Our internal motto. Yes, the work is intense. But it's also deeply meaningful and genuinely fun.
• Systems That Scale: We don't celebrate one-off heroics. We build compounding systems that create leverage.
• In-Person Energy: We work from our Pune office because proximity accelerates everything - ideas, feedback, trust, and impact - but travel globally for customer meetings, tradeshows, and deployments.
THE PERKS
• High agency team and sense of purpose
• International Travel - we travel to all 6 continents (sorry, no business in Antarctica yet)
• Thought leadership & public speaking opportunities at online & physical events
• No-cap budget for AI tools, courses, or experiments
• Latest tech stack and tools - whatever helps you move faster
• Unlimited leave policy & flexible working hours (no punch-in/out)
• A damn good team to work with
