Senior Data Operations Specialist

The Senior Data Operations Specialist is responsible for driving the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of data quality and integrity across our information ecosystem. This senior role involves managing and enhancing data pipelines, ensuring compliance with data governance frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee data operations processes, including data ingestion, integration, quality monitoring, and reporting, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols. Design, implement, and manage comprehensive data quality frameworks, including automated monitoring systems and proactive alerts. Collaborate closely with the Senior Data Quality Engineer to ensure the robustness and scalability of data pipelines and processes. Identify and address root causes of data quality issues, developing long-term strategic solutions to mitigate future errors. Mentor and guide junior data specialists, fostering knowledge sharing and process standardisation. Partner with data stakeholders and external vendors to resolve data quality challenges and enforce data governance practices. Define and codify complex data quality rules and transformations within the Informatica platform.
