We are a boutique performance marketing agency and have a small and lean remote team of 20+ people working from across the World (Lebanon, Jordan, Morocco, France, Germany, KSA, Egypt) 🔥

Junior Web/Automation Developer – Marketing Tech & Funnels

We're on the hunt for a Junior Developer who loves solving real-world problems with smart automations, clean code, and creative integrations. ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Junior Developer, you'll play a key role in building and optimizing marketing systems that drive results. You’ll work closely with our Growth Hacker and Lead IT/Web Developer to bring strategies to life through smart, scalable tech solutions.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Build and implement sales funnels: Use platforms like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, and WordPress to create high-converting funnels and landing pages. This includes applying custom code and styling to ensure UI/UX designs are executed perfectly.
• Develop automations and workflows: Set up automations to capture leads, process purchases, and manage user journeys. You’ll use tools such as GoHighLevel, Brevo, Zapier, n8n, and ClickFunnels 2.0 based on project requirements.
• Integrate and streamline systems: Ensure smooth data flow between tools and platforms to maximize efficiency and marketing performance.
• Solve problems with code when needed: Be ready to develop custom solutions when off-the-shelf tools fall short. You might work with platforms like Zapier, ClickFunnels, Brevo, Pipedrive, Kajabi, Meta Pixels, SMM tracking, Shopify, and GoHighLevel.
• Apply sound web development practices: A good grasp of HTML, CSS, JS, and general development logic is important for success in this role.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside key team members to bring campaigns to life, resolve technical blockers, and improve our marketing systems continuously.

YOUR MISSION

As part of our tech and marketing team, your mission is to build the backbone of our marketing engine — integrating tools, automating workflows, and making sure everything just works. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• 🚀 Marketing Integration: Connect and sync various marketing platforms using APIs, webhooks, and smart logic — creating seamless data flow and unified processes across tools like GHL, Kajabi, Shopify, Brevo, and more.
• ⚙️ Automation Development: Design and maintain automations that save time, reduce manual work, and enhance customer journeys — from lead capture to segmentation and beyond.
• 🛠️ Troubleshooting & Optimization: Proactively identify, debug, and fix issues with workflows or platform connections. Keep everything running smooth and scalable as we grow.
• 🧩 Funnel & Web Development Support: Build and fine-tune landing pages and funnels on platforms like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, and Shopify — including custom styling and functionality as needed.

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU

✅ 2+ years of experience working with tool integrations, automations, and marketing systems.

✅ Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — enough to tweak designs, troubleshoot issues, or build light custom features.

✅ Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, and others in the marketing stack.

✅ Familiarity with funnels, analytics, and tracking tools like ClickFunnels, Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, and CRM systems.

✅ A strong understanding of marketing workflows — lead capture, segmentation, tagging, and lifecycle automations.

✅ Excellent communication skills — Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus.

✅ A proactive mindset — you’re the type who loves finding better ways to automate, integrate, and simplify.
