Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant internship or professional experience in marketing, digital media, ecommerce, or publishing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Digitally savvy, with interest or familiarity in digital marketing channels (Amazon, social media, email, ecommerce).
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and performance reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, advertising platforms, or Shopify.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and/or basic HTML.
- Exposure to Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Experience with metadata, SEO, or keyword optimization.
- Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop.
- Experience or relationships with independent bookstores a plus.
