Performance Coach

Performance Coach We are looking for an experienced Performance Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our clients achieve their personal and professional goals. You will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement, develop tailored action plans, and provide ongoing support and accountability. Responsibilities: - Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' current performance levels, goals, and challenges - Develop customized coaching plans to help clients achieve their objectives - Facilitate regular coaching sessions, either in-person or virtually, to provide guidance and support - Monitor client progress and adjust coaching plans as needed - Provide resources and tools to help clients improve their performance - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic approach to client development Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a performance coach or in a similar role - Proven track record of helping clients achieve their goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Certification in coaching or a related field is preferred
