This role will be located in Tampa, Florida and will serve as the operational backbone of The Phoenix Tampa, owning the day-to-day event schedule, logistics, and venue coordination across Tampa Bay partner sites to offer approximately 1,000 annual events. This role will meet quarterly attendance targets, support volunteer coordination, scheduling, and communications under Site Director oversight, and maintain data integrity to ensure accurate grant reporting, donor impact storytelling, and organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate will take pride in sustaining an ambitious calendar of high-quality, well-attended events. This role will be posted from day/time Eastern Time until day/time Eastern Time. Early applicants may be given preference if application volume is high.
