Enforce Service Standards for the housekeeping agency, in line with corporate standards and the cleanliness and hygiene expected by the customers
Monitor the deployment plan of Housekeeping staff across the centre, and the housekeeping activity schedule
Ensures that floor managers (from the house-keeping agency) are provided with the SOP, deployment strategy, critical areas, standard SLAs etc.
Undertake regular reviews with Senior Officials from the Housekeeping agency in order to discuss performance and action plans
Ensure requisite training of the outsourced staff is conducted by the outsourcing agency
Manage the housekeeping activities efficiently during the events.
Maintenance & upkeep of Mall
Identifying and engaging the vendors / services providers for the outsourced activities pertaining to the upkeep of facility.
Preparing vendor agreements, checking of Invoice/Bill and processing for payment.
Developing systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Laying down service standards regarding cleanliness, amenities and maintenance in the mall and ensure adherence to the same.
Efficiently managing the inventory of supplies, linen and equipment.
Monitoring and controlling consumption of material as well as cleaning supplies, devising methods for optimal usage of cleaning supplies.
Monitoring and controlling productivity standards and scheduling staff in order to optimize manpower.
Planning and implementing preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules of the Mall.
Co-coordinating with the engineering department in the area of repair & maintenance, refurbishment, renovation etc.
