Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Palace Services Associate (Butler) at The Leela Palace Chennai. The associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service, coordinating guest requests, ensuring seamless communication with other departments, and creating memorable experiences for guests. Daily tasks may include attending to guest needs, managing reservations, providing guidance on the palace’s amenities, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to provide superior guest experiences and build rapport.
- Guest Service expertise with a focus on anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
- Sound Analytical and Finance skills to address guest inquiries and support operational efficiency.
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
- Prior experience in hospitality, luxury services, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
