About the Role


As a key member of our International Sales Department, the International Business Developer will work directly with the International Sales Director to support the global development of our distributor network and international sales strategy. You will serve as the primary contact for approximately 25 international distributors, acting as the liaison between internal departments and external partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to doubling our distributor base and enhancing our global market presence within the next 24 months.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as a central point of contact for international distributors, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence.
  • Develop and manage commercial offers, pricing strategies, and proactive sales engagements to drive both sell-in and sell-out growth.
  • Align client sales forecasts and marketing plans with departmental budget objectives.
  • Own and analyse client reporting (sales, stock levels, feedback, etc.), consolidating and presenting to the Head of International Sales.
  • Manage client Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to optimize margins and operational efficiency.
  • Lead contract negotiations and execution processes with international partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, both remotely and in-market.
  • Drive market expansion through strategic prospecting and identification of new distribution or channel opportunities.
  • Travel regularly for client meetings and market analysis within assigned territories.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Training, Regulatory) to ensure timely execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Support localization and implementation of marketing strategies and adapt marketing materials to meet local market needs.
  • Organize and represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and key promotional events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering Masterclasses and client presentations to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Create impactful presentations and sales tools for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee international order fulfilment in coordination with the Warehouse and Production teams.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives across logistics and business functions.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in international business development or export sales
  • Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industry is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for international beauty product exports
  • Experience using SAGE 200 and Power BI (or similar systems)

Work Arrangement


This position requires three days of in-office work ( Our company has two offices — one located in Acton and the other in Soho) and allows for two days of remote work per week.
