Manager Job Description:
The Manager leads a department within the restaurant ensuring teams have what is needed to provide our guests excellent service and a great dining experience. Leading by example, positivity and ability to motivate and coach create success in this position.
Pay Details:
- Salary Range: $ 60,255.00 - $ 70,655.00 per year
- Pay Rate is determined based on years of experience and education.
- Pay increase upon successful completion of training.
- Annual pay increases based on performance evaluation
What You Will Do:
- Ensure success of Guest Service and Guest Experience.
- Cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory.
- Oversee, lead and manage staff before, during and after service.
- Provide training and coaching of standards.
- Shift planning and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow.
- Ensure labor law compliance.
- Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant.
- Coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs.
- Implement specials, marketing initiative and internal contests.
- Assist in Interviewing and orientation of new team members.
About You:
- You have a positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor and passion for delivering excellent service.
- You work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with team and guests.
- Able to work 45-50hrs a week.
- You have a strong work ethic and are driven to succeed and grow your future.
- You model enthusiasm and motivate others to follow your lead.
- Have 2 years as a server or bartender, preferably with training experience and leadership responsibilities.
