As a Growth & Governance Intern for Basketball Operations, your work is critical in contributing to the management of organizational resources, protocols, and initiatives that drive operational effectiveness. Your contributions will support the optimal conditions for talent to thrive in. Working with cross-disciplinary colleagues, you will provide administrative and research support for projects that align with the organization's strategic priorities, including operations, organizational design, talent strategy, and reputation management.
