Summary
The MIL Corporation is seeking a Junior Project Manager (Project Management, Analyst) to join our REPS Project Management team and support our clients in St. Inigoes, MD. This is an opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to become part of a growing, industry-leading company.
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site and is eligible for Compressed Work Schedule (CWS). Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the overall project/task coordinator and is responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of assigned projects
- Responsible for project and task associated work, organizing and managing resources in such a way that these resources deliver all the work required to complete a project/task within defined scope, time, and cost constraints
- Provides project planning and execution support to government project lead
- Generates and maintains the project schedule
- Develops and maintains project spend plans
- Develops tools and templates for financial reporting
- Assists with day-to-day operational aspects of the project
- Assists with preparation and review deliverables prepared by the team
- Ensures project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored
- Facilitates team and client meetings
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Using available people, materials, space, provisions, must communicate project/task requirements including, goals, quality, and risk to meet the pre-defined objectives to all members assigned to project/task
Travel
Some occasional travel may be required, depending on project and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of financial, contract and project management support
- Proficient in MS office program (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Ability to interact and communicate with our clients and project/task sponsors
- Ability to interface professionally with clients and communicate effectively with project staff and other organizational resources
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance, dispersed team environment
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Attentiveness to detail with excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently and a good self-starter
Education
BA/BS in a related discipline from an accredited college. A high school diploma and six (6) years of work experience related to the position or an associate degree from an accredited college plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the position may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Clearance
All applicants for this position must be able to obtain a Secret clearance; please note the clearance process considers a financial background

For this position, the projected compensation range is $79,000 - $118,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL’s complete compensation package.
