Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused CRM Coordinator to join our Riyadh team. The role involves maintaining and updating data in our CRM and ATS platforms to support smooth recruitment workflows and ensure data integrity across all stages of the talent acquisition process. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and update candidate and client data in the CRM and ATS systems - Conduct regular data reviews, audits, and clean-up activities - Organize and maintain structured digital records across platforms - Generate and format reports from the systems as required - Coordinate with recruiters and operations to ensure smooth data handover - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling all information Qualifications & Skills Required: - Saudi National (required) - Experience using CRM or ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) - Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal - High attention to detail, data accuracy, and time management - Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup
