</div><div>The Maas Clinic is seeking a high-energy, professional <strong>Patient Coordinator / Front Office Manager</strong> to join our internationally recognized Facial Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa. This is a dual-focus role requiring strong sales ability, exceptional multitasking, and a polished, welcoming demeanor. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our patients and the operational lead for our front office.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<strong>1. Patient Coordination & Sales<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Educate patients on surgical and MedSpa procedures to drive booking and revenue goals.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Manage the patient journey from initial inquiry through post-operative follow-up.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Capture clinical photography for pre-op and post-op documentation.<br><br>
</li>

<strong>2. Front Office Operations<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage office "triage," tracking patient, doctor, and medical assistant flow in real-time.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Handle high-volume, multi-line phone systems and complex appointment scheduling.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Oversee opening/closing duties, chart preparation, and payment collection.<br><br>
</li>

<strong>3. Administrative & Facility Management<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Maintain inventory for skincare products, medical supplies, and office essentials.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ensure all patient rooms and common areas are clean and professional.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Coordinate speaking engagements, research studies, and clinical teaching appointments for surgeons.<br><br>
</li>

<strong>4. Marketing & Communication<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Coordinate with the social media team for filming and content posting.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain direct lines of communication with the Operations Manager and Spa Director regarding patient care.<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Experience:</strong> Previous background in an aesthetic medical practice or MedSpa is required.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Sales:</strong> Proven ability to meet revenue targets and close consultations.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Skills:</strong> Strong computer, phone, and social media proficiency.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Attributes:</strong> High-level multitasking skills and a consistently positive, professional appearance.<br><br>

<li>
<strong>Availability:</strong> Must be available for evening shifts and alternating weekends.<br><br>
