<li>Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure smooth class flow</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and support staff members</li>
<li><strong>Teach gymnastics-based classes for children ages 10 months to 10 years</strong></li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer service to families</li>
<li>Handle front desk tasks (check-ins, scheduling, payments)</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility</li>
<li>Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and positivity</li>

<li>Previous <strong>management or leadership experience</strong> (preferred)</li>
