<div><strong>We are currently seeking full time and part-time instructors.</strong></div><div> </div><div><strong>The gym's morning hours range from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday - Friday. <br>The gym's afternoon hours range from 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM, Monday - Thursday. <br>The gym's weekend hours range from 8:00 - 2:00 PM with tipped birthday parties from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. <br><br>We can be flexible with your schedule and can work with a combination of shift times/days for the right person! Just let us know about availability when applying.</strong></div><div>
<br>A<strong> Youth Fitness Instructor </strong>at The Little Gym of West Ashley<strong> </strong>takes the reigns and is a leader of Serious Fun during our regularly scheduled parent/child, pre-k, and grade school classes. Every class is taught utilizing The Little Gym Curriculum, creating an experience unlike any other. We provide all training, so no experience is required - just a love for children and having fun! </div><div>

<li>Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how)!</li>
<li>Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.</li>
<li>Create a fun and nurturing environment for participants, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively about skill progression and class information.</li>
<li>Assist with set-up and clean up of the gym before and after classes. </li>
<li>Participate in staff meetings and training sessions. </li>

<li>You love being a part of children’s developmental milestones and skill development. (A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps but is not required).</li>
