The Gym Director reports directly to the owner and General Manager (s). General responsibilities frequently include:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Hiring, managing and training staff</li>
<li>Teaching classes </li>
<li>Managing all day-to-day operations</li>
<li>Maintaining the facility/equipment</li>
<li>Providing outstanding customer service</li>
<li>Selling the program to new and existing customers</li>
<li>Driving and creating opportunities to drive revenue and sales</li>
<li>Creating and coordinating retention efforts for members and staff</li>
</ul><div>For 50 years The Little Gym has set the standard for progressive motor-skill development, by providing children with a foundation of confidence through non-competitive, gymnastics-based programs. </ul><div>The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will possess superior time management skills. A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is required. A combination of daytime, evening, and weekend hours are required.<br><br>
</div><div>Salary will be based on experience. Benefits include: paid time off (sick, personal, & holiday pay), health/dental insurance, 401k matching up to 4%.</div>
